These days, oranges are a year-round gift from the sunny South. But these fruits don't keep for long and leave a lot of waste, and we all want a fragrant piece of sunshine on our table without having to peel it! Orange jam is the best way to achieve this. Enjoy orange jam with porridge or cottage cheese for breakfast, or simply with tea – it's a little treat every day!

Cooking tips
When making jam, buy ripe and juicy oranges. The peel should be thin and easily separated from the pulp.
When making orange jam, remove the seeds, as they can impart a bitter taste to the dessert.
Before adding oranges to the future jam, cut and taste each one; if you come across a bitter one, immediately sort it to the side.
