Ingredients

  • Potatoes - 3 pcs. (young ones are preferable)
  • Fresh cucumbers - 2 pcs.
  • Radishes - 5 pcs.
  • Green onions - 1 tbsp.
  • Dill - 1 bunch
  • Eggs - 4 pcs.
  • Boiled beef/boiled sausage - 300 g
  • Bread kvass - 1 l
  • Sour cream - 1 tbsp.
  • Mustard - 1 tsp.
  • Salt - to taste

Step-by-step recipe

  1. Boil potatoes and eggs (hard-boiled eggs). Cool.
  2. Cut the potatoes into small cubes.
  3. Cut the cucumbers into cubes and the radishes into thin slices.
  4. Finely chop the green onions, mash with salt until juice is released.
  5. Cut the meat/sausage into small pieces.
  6. Peel the eggs and cut into cubes.
  7. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan, add dill.
  8. Mix kvass, sour cream and mustard until creamy.
