Ingredients
- Potatoes - 3 pcs. (young ones are preferable)
- Fresh cucumbers - 2 pcs.
- Radishes - 5 pcs.
- Green onions - 1 tbsp.
- Dill - 1 bunch
- Eggs - 4 pcs.
- Boiled beef/boiled sausage - 300 g
- Bread kvass - 1 l
- Sour cream - 1 tbsp.
- Mustard - 1 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step recipe
- Boil potatoes and eggs (hard-boiled eggs). Cool.
- Cut the potatoes into small cubes.
- Cut the cucumbers into cubes and the radishes into thin slices.
- Finely chop the green onions, mash with salt until juice is released.
- Cut the meat/sausage into small pieces.
- Peel the eggs and cut into cubes.
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan, add dill.
