Cooking tips
For a fluffier dough, use kefir at room temperature.
Don't overdo it with baking soda - it can give the dough an unpleasant taste.
If the dough is too sticky, add a little flour.
For the perfect texture, knead the dough for at least 5 minutes.
Let the dough rest before rolling it out so it rolls out better.
To prevent the dough from sticking to your hands, lightly flour the work surface.
Use medium-fat kefir for best taste and texture.
