Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Pour warm water into a bowl, add sugar and yeast, stir and leave for 10 minutes to activate.

Add salt and flour, knead the dough until smooth.

Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for 5–7 minutes.
Step 4:
Cover the dough and leave it to rise for 30-40 minutes.

Cut the sausage into thin slices.

Grate the cheese on a fine grater.

Roll the dough into a round shape on a greased baking sheet.

Don't overload the pizza with toppings to avoid it becoming soggy in the center.
Before baking, brush the edges of the dough with olive oil for a golden crust.
After baking, let the pizza cool for 2-3 minutes to prevent it from falling apart when serving.
