Step-by-step recipe

Step 1:

Pan-fried kutabs - Step 1 Mix flour and salt in a bowl. Add warm water and 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.

Step 2:

Pan-fried kutabs - Step 2 Knead the dough, cover with film and set aside for 15-20 minutes.

Cooking tips
