Lavash with tomatoes and cheese
Origin of the recipe
If you have regular thin lavash bread, you won't have to worry about what to snack on. Wrap your favorite filling—like tomatoes and cheese—in lavash, and you'll easily satisfy your hunger. And if you fry the lavash rolls in a pan, they'll be even more delicious!

Cooking tips
If you don’t have Parmesan, you can use any hard cheese.
Asafoetida is a substitute for garlic and onion in Indian vegetarian cuisine. If you don't mind these spices, you can replace it with dried or grated garlic.
Instead of black Himalayan salt, you can use regular salt.
