Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Crack an egg into a deep bowl, add salt and sugar, and pour in a glass of warm kefir. Whisk until the sugar dissolves.
Step 2:
Sift flour into a bowl and whisk until smooth.
Step 3:
Add baking powder and soda and mix. Cover the finished dough with cling film.
Step 4:
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, spoon out portions of the batter and fry the pancakes on both sides.
Cooking tips
You can use kefir of any fat content.
The amount of flour should be equal to the amount of kefir.
Add baking powder and soda last.
The portion of dough for one pancake is 1 tablespoon.
Turn the pancakes over when holes appear on the top side.
