Festive salad with tuna in cucumber

Your New Year's table doesn't have to be a collection of classic dishes our grandmothers used to make. Experiment, for example, with this delicious and filling tuna salad, which doesn't even require utensils or cutlery.

Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Finely chop the broccoli, celery stalk, red onion, carrot, parsley, and cilantro. Place in a bowl.
Step 2:
Cut long cucumbers lengthwise and scrape out the pulp with a spoon to form “boats”.
Step 3:
Add the canned tuna in its own juice, allspice, mayonnaise, natural yogurt, and salt to the bowl with the vegetables. Stir.
Step 4:
Cut the cucumber boats in half, fill with the filling and serve.
Cooking tips
Try to chop the ingredients as finely as possible so that the salad has the most uniform consistency.
The larger the cucumber, the better. It should be smooth, attractive, and not bitter.
For this salad, tuna in its own juice is best, not in oil – it’s too fatty and doesn’t go well with the yogurt-mayonnaise dressing.
