Good for diet. I'll use it.

I really liked the "Dymlyan" and "Greek-Style Fish" recipes; I'll be making them again. The "Diet Pilaf" recipe is easier to make using the "Uzbek-Style Pilaf" principle, but substitute beef for the lamb. The meat will be softer and juicier when layered with carrots and rice.

With this method, you won't have to wash the dishes! Fragrant rice and tender chicken legs make a great dinner for the whole family! Pilaf can be made not only with lamb and not only in a cauldron or saucepan. Cook pilaf with chicken drumsticks in the oven, using a baking bag instead of a dish. Cream and seasonings make the dish very appetizing, and white sauce is a great addition.
