Healthy diet pilaf is the perfect option for those who want to enjoy a delicious dish while maintaining a healthy figure. This healthy recipe allows you to prepare a flavorful and nutritious pilaf with minimal fat, using healthy ingredients.
Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Cut the meat into medium pieces, place in a deep frying pan, cover with water and cook under a lid.
Step 2:
Cut the carrots into strips.
Step 3:
Skim the scum off the meat, add the carrots to the pan, add water, cover and cook for 20 minutes.
Step 4:
Add salt, cumin, stir, cook for a bit, then remove the meat.
Step 5:
Place round grain rice in a bowl, add boiling water and leave for 5 minutes.
Step 6:
Rinse the rice, add it to the pan and spread it evenly over the carrots.
Step 7:
Add hot water to a level one centimeter above the surface of the rice.
Step 8:
Add two halves of green and half of red bell pepper, red hot pepper.
Step 9:
Once the water has evaporated and been absorbed, return the meat to the pan, cover with a lid and simmer for a little longer.
Step 10:
Remove the meat and peppers from the pan and stir the pilaf.
Step 11:
Serve the meat in portions along with the pilaf.
Cooking tips
Rice should be washed well to remove gluten and make it more fluffy.
Level the rice well after adding water.

I really liked the "Dymlyan" and "Greek-Style Fish" recipes; I'll be making them again. The "Diet Pilaf" recipe is easier to make using the "Uzbek-Style Pilaf" principle, but substitute beef for the lamb. The meat will be softer and juicier when layered with carrots and rice.
