Fried shrimp with garlic in soy sauce
Origin of the recipe
Seafood is a celebrated signature of South Asian cuisine. Unlike exotic dishes like octopus, seaweed, and rare shellfish, shrimp has long been a fixture in European cuisine. You can give it an Eastern flavor by adding simple traditional seasonings, such as soy sauce and ginger. Chinese cuisine is also characterized by its combination of salty, spicy, and sweet flavors.
