Cooking tips
Use thin lavash for easy rolling and even frying.
For added juiciness, add a little lemon juice to the chicken before frying.
Serve immediately after cooking to preserve the crispy crust.
Instead of chicken, you can use beef or vegetables for a vegetarian option.
Add spices (oregano, basil) to the sauce for a piquant flavor.
For a delicious filling, choose only fresh vegetables and high-quality lavash.
