Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Cut the pork neck into 1.5-2 cm thick pieces.
Step 2:
Place the pork in a bowl and sprinkle it with salt, garlic, khmeli-suneli, paprika, pepper, cumin, coriander and pour in 5 tablespoons of oil.
Step 3:
Cut the onion into half rings and add to the meat, mix the marinade and marinate for at least 5-6 hours, or better yet, 12 hours.
Step 4:
Peel the potatoes and cut into wedges.
Step 5:
Place the paper on a baking sheet and preheat the oven to 180 degrees (if there is a grill-convection mode, turn it on).
Step 6:
Coat the potatoes with oil, season with salt, paprika, and garlic. Stir and place on paper towels.
Step 7:
Add rosemary and place the baking sheet with potatoes in the oven.
Step 8:
Place the steaks on the grill over the baking sheet with the potatoes and let them cook for 15-20 minutes.
Cooking tips
Depending on the thickness of your steaks, adjust the cooking time. 15-20 minutes is recommended for steaks 1.5 cm thick.
When choosing meat for a steak, make sure it has layers of fat, which are responsible for the excellent taste when fried.
Be careful and always check the pork for doneness. Unlike beef, pork is not eaten rare.
