Cheese balls with olives

Olives are a wonderful snack on their own, pairing well with beer and other, more refined beverages. The same can be said for cheese. Combine them, wrapping each olive in a cheese dough ball, and you've got a truly perfect pairing.

Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Grate the cheese and pour into a bowl.
Step 2:
Melt the butter and add to the cheese.
Step 3:
Pour flour into a clean bowl, add paprika and mix.
Step 4:
Add flour and paprika to the cheese.
Step 5:
Add 4 tablespoons of sour cream, mix, knead the dough.
Step 6:
Divide the dough into portions and form small flat cakes.
Step 7:
Place an olive in the center of the flatbread and roll it into a ball.
Step 8:
Place the balls on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes at 200 degrees.
Cooking tips
You can use any hard type of cheese for the balls.
You don't have to bake the balls in the oven; you can fry them in a frying pan, but it's important not to overcook them.
