Chicken nuggets in a frying pan
Origin of the recipe
Nuggets are one of the most iconic snacks in American cuisine. They were born out of the gold rush of the mid-19th century—these crispy, breaded mini-patties resemble gold nuggets. A hundred years later, nugget production became more common, and the quality of the chicken used to make them has significantly declined. Make healthy nuggets at home using fresh chicken breast.

Cooking tips
For nuggets, it’s better to use chicken breast fillet – this meat has less fat and holds its shape better.
For grinding meat, it is better to use a powerful blender, such as a food processor.
Raw nuggets can be stored in the freezer for up to a month.
