Beef burrito
Origin of the recipe
The burrito (meaning "little donkey" in Spanish) is one of the most famous snacks in Mexican cuisine. It's a variety of fillings wrapped in a wheat tortilla. There are meat and vegetarian burritos, regular ones eaten with your hands, "wet" ones topped with sauce and melted cheese, deep-fried chimichangas, and more. We suggest making classic burritos with ground beef and lettuce.

Cooking tips
Choose only fresh, lean ground meat—it should be bright red. You can make your own ground meat using a meat grinder.
You can use a Korean grater to finely slice carrots.
Don't put too many ingredients on the tortilla or you won't be able to wrap it properly.
