Step-by-step recipe

Step 1:

Steam frozen green beans, covered, for 4-5 minutes.

Step 2:

Place the beans in cold water, then pat dry.

Step 3:

Heat butter and vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry 2-3 chopped garlic cloves for 1-2 minutes.

Add beans, soy sauce and fry for 3 minutes.
