Step 1:
Cut the squid into rings, rinse, and pat dry with paper towels. Slice the garlic.
Step 2:
Pour olive oil into a frying pan and heat.

Add butter, garlic and fry for 1 minute over medium heat.
Step 4:
Add the squid rings, stir and fry for 1-2 minutes over medium heat.
Step 5:
