Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Boil water in a saucepan
Step 2:
Place the squid carcasses in boiling water and cook for 1 minute.
Step 3:
Transfer the squid from the boiling water to a bowl of cold water.
Step 4:
Clean the squid and dry with a towel.
Step 5:
Cut the squid into rings approximately 1 cm thick.
Step 6:
Chop the onion coarsely.
Step 7:
Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the chopped onion and fry over low heat until golden brown.
Step 8:
Add squid to the onion, season with salt and pepper and fry for 2-3 minutes.
