Cooking tips
Since beets take a long time to cook, start cooking them well before you begin the rest of your cooking.
When adding walnuts, try to chop them finely, but not to the point of powder. Walnut pieces add a unique flavor to the salad's texture. However, if the pieces are too large, they'll be difficult to eat.
