Cooking tips
Press each layer lightly to help the salad hold its shape, but don't overdo it - the dish should remain airy.
If you can find a seedless pomegranate with richly colored seeds, that will be your best bet.
You can lightly toast walnuts in a dry frying pan – the flavor will be more intense.
Instead of mayonnaise, you can use a mixture of natural yogurt and sour cream.
In our family, the garnet bracelet has been a New Year's dish for four years now. I try to change or add ingredients, and I put a stemless shot glass in the center. I leave it there. I put it on the table, pour water into the glass, and then place a white or yellow rose in it. It turns out very beautiful. Thanks for advertising this interesting dish.
