Spaghetti with black truffles
Origin of the recipe
Truffles are unusual, mostly wild, tuberous mushrooms that are completely hidden underground at the roots of trees. Trained pigs and dogs have long been used to find them in Europe; they detect the mushrooms by scent and dig them up. Truffles have a unique, nutty flavor and are highly prized by gourmets. They transform any dish, even ordinary spaghetti, into a delicacy.

Choose only durum wheat spaghetti; it's healthier, tastier, and more authentic.
