Step-by-step recipe

Step 1:

Balkarian Khychins - Step 1 Take a container of kefir and add 1 teaspoon of salt and baking soda. Stirring vigorously, pour the kefir into a bowl once it foams.

Step 2:

Balkarian Khychins - Step 2 Sift the flour into the kefir, whisking constantly. When the dough is ready, cover the bowl with a towel for 30-40 minutes.

Step 3:

Step 5:

Do not grease the pan while cooking, it must be dry!
