Step 1:
Pour powdered sugar into a bowl.

Pour in boiling water.

Separate the egg yolks, pour them into a bowl and whisk until they become whitish foamy.

Cooking tips
Wash the eggs well, the yolks of which you will use.
You can separate the yolks from the whites using a special device, a small funnel, or simply by pouring the egg onto your gloved fingers.
