Preparing a mojito
Origin of the recipe
A non-alcoholic mojito is easy to make at home and can also be stocked for the winter, when fresh mint is less readily available. This will allow you to retain the taste of summer and carefree relaxation even in the chilly months of December. And if you add alcohol to the lemonade, you'll have a popular party cocktail.

Cooking tips
The recipe is designed for 6 liters of stock, so if you don’t need that much, reduce it accordingly.
For a more appealing look, you can add green food coloring as in the video, but it doesn't affect the taste, so you don't have to if the color isn't particularly important to you. You can always adjust the proportions to suit your preferences, for example, with sugar or mint. Everyone has their own taste, and it's better to adjust the proportions to suit yourself, making a small batch first, than to end up with a large, unappealing mojito.
