Cooking tips
For more fluffy pancakes, use warm water or milk when mixing the batter.
Don't add too much oil when frying, otherwise the pancakes will be greasy.
Use sharp knives to cut the chicken and mushrooms into neat pieces.
For a better taste, you can add a little cheese or sour cream to the filling.
Do not open the pan during the first minutes of frying to allow the pancakes to rise well.
These pancakes can be served hot or cold - they are equally delicious either way.
Experiment with fillings: add vegetables, fish or other types of meat for a variety of flavors.
