Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
In a large bowl, combine 2 large or 3 small eggs, a pinch of salt and 2 tablespoons sugar and mix well.
Step 2:
Add a glass of warm milk and whisk all ingredients until smooth.
Step 3:
Gradually pour a glass of flour (250 ml with a slide) into the liquid mixture, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
Step 4:
Add a glass of hot water and stir again.
Step 5:
Pour in 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and mix well again.
Step 6:
Let the dough sit for 10-15 minutes.
Step 7:
Heat a frying pan and grease it with vegetable oil.

Pour a ladle of batter into the pan and quickly spread it over the bottom by tilting the pan.
Step 9:
Fry the pancake until golden brown on one side, then carefully flip it over with a spatula and fry the other side.
Step 10:
Place the finished pancake on a plate.
Step 11:
Repeat steps 7-10 until you run out of dough.
Step 12:
Serve pancakes with milk and boiling water hot, with sour cream, jam or honey.
Cooking tips
For a better dough consistency, be sure to sift the flour before adding it - this will prevent lumps.
When frying, use medium heat - too high heat can cause burning.
Before each new pancake, grease the pan with vegetable oil - this will prevent sticking.
If the dough seems too thick, you can add a little milk.
Experiment with the amount of sugar - for a more dietary option, you can reduce it or eliminate it altogether.
