Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Boil and cool the eggs, put the yolks in a bowl.
Step 2:
Finely chop the herbs and add to the yolks.
Step 3:
Mash the yolks well with a fork together with the herbs to release their juice.

Add mustard, horseradish, sour cream and mix thoroughly until smooth.

Add homemade kvass to the dressing in a bowl and mix well.
Step 13:
Place the chopped vegetables in a bowl and add the kvass and dressing.

Garnish the okroshka with radish and cucumber slices and dill and serve.

It is best to use homemade kvass for okroshka.
It is better to pour okroshka into very chilled plates.
