Chicken soup with vegetables

Chicken and vegetable soup is a very healthy dish for the whole family, from children to the elderly. Even a novice cook can make this soup, and it's incredibly delicious.

Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Cut half of the chicken breast fillet into medium cubes and place in a bowl.
Step 2:
Add salt, pepper, turmeric, stir and leave to marinate for 15 minutes.
Step 3:
Cut the onion into cubes, pour vegetable oil into a pan and fry the onion.
Step 4:
Chop the celery stalk and add it to the onion. Fry, stirring.
Step 5:
Dice the bell pepper, add to the pan and fry over medium heat for 10 minutes.
Step 6:
Dice two potatoes and add to the pan, stir.
Step 7:
Add 1 liter of water, stir and cook for 10 minutes under the lid.
Step 8:
Grate the carrots coarsely and fry in a frying pan with vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes over medium heat.
Step 9:
Add the marinated chicken breast to the pan, stir, cover and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
Step 10:
Add chicken and carrots to the soup, add salt, stir and cook for 12-15 minutes.
Step 11:
Finely chop the parsley, add to the soup and remove from heat.
Cooking tips
Use a heavy-bottomed pan to ensure the onions cook evenly and don't burn.
Make sure the chicken is stewed and not fried in the pan.
