Eggless Easter with condensed milk and cranberries

Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Pour boiling water over the candied cranberries for 20 minutes.
Step 2:
Place the cottage cheese in a bowl, add soft butter and mix with an immersion blender.
Step 3:
Add salt, vanilla sugar, and condensed milk. Mix with a blender.
Step 4:
Add cranberries and stir with a spatula.
Step 5:
Line the paskha mold with cheesecloth, put the curd mixture in it, smooth it out, fold the ends of the cheesecloth over it, put a weight on top and put it in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
Step 6:
Turn the mold over onto a plate, carefully remove the gauze, and decorate the paskha to taste.
Cooking tips
You can do without a blender and mix the ingredients with a fork, preferably with large teeth, but this will take more time.
The finished paska can be decorated with reserved cranberries and mint leaves.
If you don't have a special form, you can use a pyramid grater.
