Cooking tips
For the best flavor, use fresh seafood—it provides a richer taste and aroma.
Let the dough rise in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours - this will improve its texture and give it a special flavor.
If you don't have cream cheese, substitute it with a mixture of mozzarella and mascarpone.
For a piquant taste, add a pinch of red pepper to the filling.
Always preheat your oven well before baking your pizza to ensure even baking.
Add herbs after baking to preserve their freshness and vibrant color.
