Layered salad with potato pie
Origin of the recipe
Potato pie is a variation of the American fried potato, grated into thin strips and then fried in oil. Potato pie is delicious on its own as a side dish or appetizer, but it can also be added to other dishes. We suggest a hearty layered salad, to which crispy potatoes add their own unique flavor.

Cooking tips
When creating layers, press them down with a teaspoon to strengthen the dish. This will prevent the dish from falling apart when you remove the mold and will make it a delight to look at.
When chopping ingredients, cut them into uniform sizes. This will make the salad more uniform and enjoyable to eat.
