Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Boil and peel the eggs, cut into cubes and place in a salad bowl.
Step 2:
Boil and chop the potatoes, add to the eggs.
Step 3:
Cut the cooked sausage into cubes and add to the other ingredients.
Step 4:
Dice and add fresh cucumber.
Step 5:
Chop and add green onions.
Step 6:
Add mayonnaise, salt, pepper and mix.
Cooking tips
It's best to boil the potatoes for the salad in their skins and then peel them – this way they will retain their shape better in the salad.
