Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Melt the butter and pour into a bowl.
Step 2:
Add condensed milk and whisk until smooth.
Step 3:
Beat two eggs with a whisk.
Step 4:
Sift flour into the mixture and stir vigorously with a whisk.
Step 5:
Quench the baking soda with lemon juice, pour it into the dough and stir with a whisk.
Step 6:
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, lay out two-thirds of the dough and distribute it over the appropriate part of the baking sheet.
Step 7:
Add cocoa powder to the remaining dough, stir with a whisk and place the chocolate dough next to the white one without mixing.
Step 8:
Bake for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
Step 9:
In a bowl, mix sour cream and sugar, beat with a whisk.
Step 10:
Remove the paper from the finished cake and separate the chocolate part. Trim the edges.
Step 11:
Divide the white cake in half crosswise, place the chocolate cake on top crosswise and cut off the excess.
Step 12:
Spread cream on each rectangular cake layer.
Step 13:
Stack the white and chocolate layers together with the cream inside, spread the cream on top, place the last layer of cake with the cream down and spread the cream on the top of the stack and the sides.

Cooking tips
