Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Prepare the marinade: grate the orange, squeeze out the juice, add honey, Provencal herbs and olive oil.

Make cuts in the duck skin.

Rub the duck with the marinade on all sides. Let it sit for 30–40 minutes.
Step 4:
Prepare the pumpkin: peel and seed, cut into 1 cm thick slices.

Pour the remaining marinade over the duck.

Bake in the oven at 200°C for 25–30 minutes.

Cooking tips
If you want a crispier crust, increase the oven temperature for the last 5 minutes.
