Peanut butter without oil
Origin of the recipe
Peanut butter is an essential part of the typical American breakfast. The Aztecs, who lived in central Mexico in the 14th to 16th centuries, were the first to grind roasted peanuts into a paste. Peanut butter began to be produced in North America towards the end of the 19th century. It is extremely healthy, rich in micronutrients, fiber, and vitamins. Oil-free peanut butter is even more beneficial for a healthy diet.

Cooking tips
If you want to completely fill the jar with paste, you will need 1.5-2 times more peanuts than the container can hold.
Pan-frying imparts a rich aroma and flavor to the peanuts. Just be careful not to over-fry them, otherwise the paste will taste bitter.
After roasting, the peanuts need to be cooled so that the shells can easily come off when rubbed with your hands.
If desired, you can add sugar, salt or dried fruits to the paste.
You can store the paste for several weeks at room temperature; for longer storage, put it in the refrigerator.
