Spicy appetizer made from garlic shoots

Step-by-step recipe:
Step 1:
Crush the garlic in a press and place it in a bowl with gochujang paste.
Step 2:
Add rice syrup, fish sauce and rice vinegar to a bowl.
Step 3:
Add chili flakes to the bowl and mix well. The dressing is ready.
Step 4:
Cut the pickled garlic shoots into pieces approximately 5 cm long.
Step 5:
Place the garlic scapes in a bowl and pour the dressing over them.
Step 6:
Mix the garlic scapes and sauce. The appetizer is ready!
Cooking tips:
It's best to crush the garlic into a puree to achieve a smooth consistency. A garlic press should be sufficient, but sometimes it's better to use a very fine grater.
Instead of rice vinegar, preferably brown, you can use apple cider vinegar.
