Homemade pizza with sausage and cheese in the oven
Origin of the recipe
Pizza, as we know it today, originated in Naples, Italy. Traditionally a street food for the poor, it eventually became a symbol of Italian culinary culture. Interestingly, the first pizza with tomato sauce appeared only in the late 18th century, when tomatoes imported from America became available in Europe. This recipe has been adapted for home baking, while maintaining the authenticity of Italian cuisine. It's the perfect option for those who want to enjoy the taste of real pizza without going to a restaurant.

Cooking tips
For perfect dough, use warm water, but not hot, so as not to kill the yeast.
Don't skimp on cheese—use quality hard cheese for the best flavor and texture.
Before placing in the oven, make sure the internal temperature reaches 220°C for even baking.
If the dough is too sticky, add a little flour, but do not add too much or it will become tough.
Use a foil-lined baking sheet for easy cleanup after baking.
For a richer flavor, add a little garlic or basil to the sauce.
Let the pizza rest for a while before serving to ensure the dough retains its structure and doesn't fall apart when cut.
By preparing pizza according to this recipe, you can enjoy the taste of real Italian cuisine right in your own home.
