Pizza with ham and mushrooms Prosciutto-fungi
Origin of the recipe
In Italian, "prosciutto" simply means ham, and "funghi" means mushrooms, so we suggest you make a pizza with ham and mushrooms. Outside of Italy, this pizza is made with cooked ham, while in Italy, it's made with dry-cured ham. The mushrooms often used there are also local ones, such as pioparello, but such an exotic variety isn't available in our region, so regular button mushrooms are a great substitute.

Cooking tips
Don't add too much sauce, otherwise the dough may become soggy and not cook properly. Also, the filling may start to float after cooking if there's too much sauce.
When choosing mozzarella, avoid brined varieties. Brine-brine mozzarella is not suitable for pizza—it loses flavor and releases a lot of liquid.
