These unique and delicious coconut nest-shaped cookies with tiny colorful chocolate dragee eggs are perfect for decorating an Easter table or a children's party. You can bake them with your kids—it's really easy.

Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Spray a mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
Step 2:
Separate four egg whites and pour into a bowl.
Step 3:
Add sugar, salt, vanilla extract and whisk.
Step 4:
Add sweetened coconut flakes and stir.
Step 5:
Place a teaspoon of the mixture into the depressions of the pan and use the handle of a whisk to form “nests”.
Step 6:
Bake for 28-30 minutes at 150 degrees.
Step 7:
Cool the nests for 10 minutes.
Step 8:
Melt the white chocolate and use a piping bag to coat the bottom of the pan in a loose layer.
Step 9:
Place three colored chocolate dragee eggs into each nest.
Cooking tips
If you don't have cooking spray, you can simply grease the pan with vegetable oil, but don't overdo it.
A 12-well pan works best for these cookies.
Egg-shaped dragees can be purchased in online stores.
