Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Separate the whites from the yolks of 6 eggs. Season the whites with salt and beat with a mixer, gradually adding 170 g of sugar.
Step 2:
Add 30 g of sugar and 50 ml of vegetable oil to the egg yolks and beat lightly with a mixer.
Step 3:
Add the beaten yolks to the beaten whites and fold in with a spatula.
Step 4:
Sift 200g of flour and 10g of baking powder into the mixture. Stir.
Step 5:
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, place the dough on it and bake for 35-40 minutes at 170 degrees.
Step 6:
Cool the cake, turn it over, remove the paper and cut out 12 circles using a template.
Step 7:
Place 350g of butter in a bowl and beat it with a mixer.
Step 8:
Add 350 g of condensed milk, whisking with a mixer.
Step 9:
Remove the browned layer from the cakes and grease 6 of them with condensed milk diluted with water.
Step 10:
Spread a thick layer of buttercream on the bottom layers of cake and cover with the second layers.
Step 11:
Frost the sides of the cakes.
Step 12:
Crumble the remaining dough into fine crumbs and roll the sides in the crumbs.
Step 13:
Frost the tops of the cakes with cream and make whisks using a pastry bag fitted with a decorative tip.
Step 14:
Add pink and green food coloring to the cream and make a rose with leaves in the center of each cake.
Step 15:
Place the cakes in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Cooking tips
Add flour and baking powder to the dough gradually, just like adding yolks to whites.
Remove the browned layer carefully and gradually so as not to damage the cakes.
Use different nozzles to make roses and leaves.
