Okroshka with milk
Origin of the recipe
Okroshka with milk is a variation of the traditional Russian cold soup, resulting from the adaptation of the classic recipe to new ingredients and flavors. Okroshka was originally made with kvass, as mentioned earlier. However, over time, various variations emerged, including okroshka with milk and sour cream. This change arose from a desire to diversify the dish's flavor and texture.
