Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Cut the potatoes into cubes, place them in a saucepan, add 2 liters of water and cook for 10 minutes.
Step 2:
Finely chop 2 onions.
Step 3:
Pour some olive oil into the pan, add the onion, add the butter, stir and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Step 4:
Crush two cloves of garlic into the pan. Stir.
Step 5:
Cut the carrots into half-slices, add to the pan and stir.
Step 6:
Finely chop the bell pepper, add to the pan and stir.
Step 7:
Dice the tomato, add to the pan, stir and cook for 5 minutes.
Step 8:
Cut the green beans into pieces, add to the pan and cook for 5 minutes.
Step 9:
Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces and add to the pan.
Step 10:
Add salt, pepper and rosemary, stir and cook for 5 minutes, covered.
Step 11:
Finely chop the dill.
Step 12:
Add tomato paste to the pan and stir.
Step 13:
Add the meat and vegetables to the pan. Stir.
Step 14:
Add bay leaf, stir and cook over medium heat for 10-15 minutes.
Step 15:
Sprinkle with dill, stir and serve.
