Marinade for pork shashlik
Origin of the recipe
The right marinade for shashlik is two-thirds of the success; the rest is simply a matter of technique and skill. It's best to marinate pork shashlik without vinegar—it's healthier and prevents the meat from becoming too mushy. The best marinade for shashlik is simply onion, onion juice, and your favorite seasonings—nothing extra!

Cooking tips
Pour the remaining onion juice from the blender completely into the meat.
Before frying, do not remove the onions from the pieces of meat, except for what falls off on its own - this will make the shashlik much more flavorful.
You can pour onion juice over the shashlik while it is frying.
