Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Cut the meat into medium pieces and place in a deep container.
Step 2:
Cut the onion into rings and add to the meat.
Step 3:
Cut the lemons into slices, remove the seeds and add to the meat and onions.
Step 4:
Mix the ingredients thoroughly with your hands, squeezing out the juice at the same time.
Step 5:
Add salt and pepper, stir again, add bay leaf and refrigerate for 12-16 hours.
Step 6:

Cooking tips
Don't pour lemon juice over the meat, squeeze it directly into the bowl to ensure the meat is thoroughly soaked.
Remove onions from the meat pieces before skewering them, otherwise the onions will burn.
