Okroshka without potatoes on kefir
Origin of the recipe
If you don't want extra calories in your favorite okroshka, then potato-free okroshka made with kefir is just what you need! It's also better to replace the cooked sausage with lean boiled meat, and dilute the kefir with half and half water. This okroshka is no less delicious than the classic recipe.
