Pasta with salmon in a creamy sauce
Origin of the recipe
In Russia, pasta is often thought of as a simple snack when there's nothing more substantial in the house, and it's certainly hard to imagine pairing it with exquisite red fish. Italians would certainly disagree. Pasta traditionally pairs perfectly with any seafood, and to appreciate the flavor of pasta with salmon in a creamy sauce, you don't have to live in sunny Italy!

Cooking tips
If you take cream not 15%, but 30% or more, then you don’t need to use flour.
After adding the cream to the pan, reduce the heat to prevent the cream from sticking to the surface.
To better coat the pasta with the sauce, you can add it directly to the pan. However, if the pasta is cooked al dente, it may even absorb some of the sauce. In this case, it's better to use more cream.
