Easter lamb
Origin of the recipe
In Germany, the Easter table is traditionally decorated with a baked lamb, symbolizing Christ's sacrifice. Often, it's a three-dimensional figure baked in a special mold, but many take a simpler approach and arrange the lamb on a baking sheet using pieces of dough. We suggest you bake this version—it's especially fun to make with children.

Cooking tips
Place the ingredients in the center of the flour mound to make it easier to knead the dough.
When making a lamb figurine, you can use your imagination – for example, you can sculpt the “curls” into a more complex shape.
