Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Boil the chicken fillet in salted water, cut into small pieces and place in a deep plate.
Step 2:
Wash the radishes, cut off the ends, cut into cubes and add.
Step 3:
Chop the green onions, cut the fresh cucumber into small cubes and add to the plate.
Step 4:
Add the juice of half a lemon, kefir, and water. Mix well.
Cooking tips
Use kefir that is not very fatty.
It is better to cool okroshka in the refrigerator before serving or use chilled ingredients.
