Simple pasta with tomato sauce
Origin of the recipe
Historians believe that pasta made from dough resembling soft noodles dates back to ancient times. The dry pasta we're all familiar with, however, emerged in the early Middle Ages, most likely invented by Arabs wandering the desert. But, of course, Italian pasta is the most famous. Make pasta with homemade Italian tomato and vegetable sauce—it's much more delicious than drizzling it with ketchup!

Cooking tips
Use only durum wheat pasta, it is both healthier and tastier.
It is better to use olive oil as vegetable oil, it is closest to Italian cuisine.
