Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Place the beef in a saucepan and cover with water.
Step 2:
Place a whole peeled onion in a saucepan, cover the saucepan with a lid and place on the fire.
Step 3:
After boiling, skim off the scum and cook until done.
Step 4:
When the meat is cooked, remove it and the onion from the pan and strain the broth.
Step 5:
Dice the fresh onion and fry in a frying pan in vegetable oil until golden brown.

Dice the carrots, add to the onion, stir and fry for 2 minutes.

Dice the bell pepper, add to the pan and stir.
Step 8:
Add tomato paste, stir and simmer for another minute.

Coarsely chop the potatoes, add to the pan with broth, bring to a boil and cook until done.
Step 10:
Add the boiled meat cut into pieces and the fried ingredients, spices to taste and cook for another 5 minutes.
Step 11:
Serve garnished with parsley.
